How do I lock in my date?+
Pick your date on the booking page, choose your coverage, and pay the 50% deposit through Stripe. The moment that clears, your date is blocked on our calendar and you receive a confirmation email with the contract.
What's the deposit and when's the balance due?+
The deposit is 50% of the total and reserves your date. The remaining 50% is due one week before the wedding. We'll send a reminder with a secure payment link.
Can I book only photo, or only video?+
Yes. The booking flow lets you pick photo, video, or both à la carte. If you want both, you just select one of each.
Do you travel?+
We cover the full Texas Triangle — Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, and everywhere between — at no extra charge. For weddings outside Texas, reach out via the contact page for a travel quote.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?+
Rescheduling is free if we can accommodate the new date. Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before the wedding, minus a small processing fee. Full policy is in the contract you'll sign at booking.
When do we get our photos and video?+
Full photo gallery within 6 weeks. Video highlight reel within 8–10 weeks. You can add the Expedited Editing option at checkout for a 2-week turnaround.
Do you do engagement sessions?+
Yes. Included with the Luxury photo package, and available as a $500 add-on with any package.
Can we see the raw footage / unedited photos?+
Raw video is available as a $300 add-on. For photos, every image in your gallery is the final edit — we don't sell raw photo files.
What areas in Texas have you shot in?+
Austin, Hill Country, Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, San Antonio, Houston, Galveston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and everywhere in between. Ranches, ballrooms, vineyards, private residences, courthouses, churches.
Do you have backup gear and a backup plan?+
Yes to both. Two of every camera body, backup audio, and a contracted second shooter on call for any booking. Weddings happen once — we plan like that.
